1. Processing Time
At SoraStyleZ, we carefully prepare each order to make sure your shirt arrives in perfect condition.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer nationwide shipping across Indonesia.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check your package status in real time.

4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as JNE, J&T, and SiCepat to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Our Promise
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Send the item back to our return address.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send the replacement item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
